Seamless Construction
Seamless construction is offered as an upgrade to all of Modern-Aire’s range hood canopies. Seamless construction replaces all exposed seams on the canopy making the hood look like it was diecast from one piece of metal. The material used are also upgraded to a thickness of 14ga versus 20ga or 22ga.

Heat Lamps
Heat Lamps are offered for use on wall mount hoods which are 27” deep or deeper. Full size heat lamps are provided with a mini chrome trim . The number of lamps varies depending on the customers needs.
Decorative Rivets
Decorative rivets are available on virtually any area of Modern-Aire’s hoods. Custom spacing and sizes are available.

Quilted Backsplashes
Modern-Aires provides backsplashes custom made to order.

Custom Countertops
Modern-Aire can provide beautiful custom countertops built to your specs. A Integrated backsplash is a option. Sink and faucet holes can be located and cut for precise fit. Counter top corners are available seamless or with decorative corner covers and rivets (shown).

Inset Lips - Upper and Lower
Inset lips are available on wall mount or island canopies. On wall mounted canopies the lip can stop at a specified distance on the side to join with cabinetry. Inset lips are available in any material we manufacture with and can be mixerd and matched to your needs.
Upper Crown Moldings
Upper molding is available in two shapes, rectangular, or 45 degree on top of rectangular. Upper crown molding can be applied to most of our hood designs. Materials can be mixed and or matched to the canopy depending on the look which is desired
